| Market prices of Bulgarian coins |
This site is created not only for the experienced coin collectors but also for practically anyone interested in Bulgarian coins. One of the most frequently asked question that people ask is "What is the value of my Bulgarian coin/s?". Here we are trying to answer this question by offering recent approximate prices, without claiming to be completely accurate but instead offer a reasonable range of prices that we have recently observed.
The prices presented here are based on our observations of recent auctions in Bulgaria, Europe and Ebay. We show them in price ranges, with low and high price. The prices are as of February 2010.
In our presentation of most Bulgarian coins on this site we have added a field describing our notion of their current value. When a given coin is still available at the Bulgarian National Bank, we have assumed that the price there is the current market price. Our valuation for one such coin is presented in the example below:
For coins that are sold out at the Bulgarian National Bank we offer a price range with a high and low price. Example of the presentation of one such coin is given below:
