About the site
BulgarianCoins.com (“the site”) is run by Invest Bulgaria Group EOOD, UIC 131238011, 5 Hristo Kovachev Str., Sofia 1527, Bulgaria. By using the site you accept these terms; by registering, you accept them expressly. The catalogue, the portfolio and the Exchange are free to use.
The catalogue and prices
Catalogue information is for reference only. We check the data against official sources, but mistakes are possible – tell us through Contribute. Market prices are indicative: the median asking price in listings on a given date. They are not an offer to buy and not a valuation of a particular coin. The site is not associated with the BNB or the Bulgarian Mint.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to open an account. Buying and selling on the Exchange is for adults only.
- You give accurate details and keep your password safe. One person, one account.
- We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or the Exchange rules, or is used for fraud or abuse.
- You can delete your account at any time under “My account”.
The Bulgarian Coin Exchange
Listings, bidding, payment, delivery, returns and ratings are governed by the Exchange rules, which form part of these terms. BulgarianCoins provides the platform but is not a party to the deals, does not hold the money or the coins and does not guarantee their authenticity. Sellers are responsible for any tax on their sales and for complying with the law, including the Cultural Heritage Act.
User content
When you publish a listing, photos or questions, or send a contribution to the catalogue, you confirm that you hold the rights to them and grant us a free, non-exclusive right to show them on the site while they are published. Content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading or that infringes others’ rights is not allowed, nor is advertising or spam outside the places meant for it. We may remove such content without notice.
Copyright
The site’s texts, the selection and arrangement of its data and its design are protected. Coin images and official descriptions belong to their owners, such as the BNB, and third-party photos are credited with their source. You may quote short extracts with a link to the page. Systematic copying or automated extraction of the catalogue is not allowed without written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the information on the site, from deals between users or from interruptions to the service. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top and email registered users about significant changes. Bulgarian law applies. Disputes we cannot resolve together go to the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection. Questions: use the contact form.
